• Coordinated all membership services of a non-profit housing organization related to cooperatives, condominiums and other tenant-owned/ managed housing, representing over 4,000 households;
• Assisted in training Board of Directors and members for “Roles and Responsibilities” at housing cooperatives, some Sec. 8 Housing Cooperatives, Condominiums and tenant-owned properties;
• Created a Workshop Series for city-wide participants and CMHN members, recruited facilitators from the private sector, secured meeting location, negotiated free space to meet, on subjects related to successfully operating cooperative and condominium properties;
• Participated in organizing residents/members for state policies such as Illinois statue for federally subsidized housing preservation, successfully securing local policies that promote and support the development of affordable co-ops;
• Spokesperson for organizational representation at times, to the press, government officials and the public, assisting in promoting the research for the 1^st Chicago area comprehensive study on affordable co-ops;
• Increased membership by 38% in 1 year,  recruited and oversaw 8-10 volunteers for an Annual Event; manage and Coordinate the Annual Fundraising Event /Meeting, Luncheon/Awards Presentation including increasing profits by 200% from 2002 to 2003;
• Oversaw a pilot Health and Social Activities Program (NORC) for seniors at 3 properties, completed evaluation of three NORC sites in Chicago with Board members, property managers, seniors and lead social service agencies (White Crane Wellness Center and Chicago Commons).
